The calculator
Portland Metro · Gutter Cost Estimator
Enter your property information and answer a few quick questions. We look up public records for your address, work out what your roofline actually needs, and prepare a preliminary estimate for your Portland-area property.
Takes about two minutes. Preliminary only — final pricing is confirmed after a person reviews access, measurements, fascia condition, and drainage.
Step one asks for your name, phone, email and the property address so the calculator can find your home and save your estimate. Your range is preliminary and non‑binding. Roof square footage is never used as gutter footage, which is why the answer is a range, and a specialist reviews every request before a price is confirmed.

Price guides vs. your roofline
Published Portland price guides disagree with each other. Angi puts Portland gutter installation at $4 to $30 a foot, a 7‑to‑1 spread. HomeGuide lists $5–$15 a foot on one Portland page and $6–$17 on another. Guides average many companies and many homes; the calculator prices your roofline with one crew’s actual rates.

Why small jobs can price above the guides
Our $295 service‑call minimum covers the truck, ladders and the time to clear and flow‑check every downspout, so a small cleaning lands above a guide’s average. On full gutter systems our per‑foot rate sits inside the published Portland ranges.

What moves your number
Portland rain by month
36.92″ a year · wettest in November (5.45″) and December (5.77″)
Gutters are priced by the foot of roofline that needs them. The calculator reads your home from county records in Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas and Clark counties plus aerial building data, but it never treats roof square footage as gutter footage. That’s why you see a range, and why a person confirms it.
A two‑story home adds about 18% over the same home on one story, and three stories about 34%. A steep roof adds about 18% more. Tall, steep rooflines are common on older close‑in Portland homes, which is why the same footage can price very differently.
Heavy tree cover adds about 10% and a tight side yard about 15%. Fir needles pack harder than leaves, and narrow lots leave little room to set a ladder. Existing guards that must be lifted and reset add about 20% to a cleaning.
Portland averages 36.92 inches of rain a year, and November and December are the wettest months at 5.45 and 5.77 inches. Bigger 6‑inch gutters and more downspouts cost more up front and overflow less on large or steep roof planes.
A gutter can only hang straight on solid wood. On older homes, replacing soft or rotted fascia adds about $250–$850 to a repair. Tell the calculator about soft wood or water stains and it’s built into your range instead of found on the ladder.

Pricing in Portland
Our seamless gutters cost $8–$10 per foot for 5‑inch K‑style and $10–$12 per foot for 6‑inch K‑style or 6‑inch fascia, priced as a full system with outlets, corners and downspouts. A single‑story home with 150 feet of 5‑inch gutter runs about $1,200–$1,500, and a two‑story home with 200 feet of 6‑inch about $2,350–$2,850. Matching an unusual existing profile runs $13–$19 per foot.
Gutter cleaning starts at $295, our minimum service call. Most single‑story Portland homes pay $295–$475 and most two‑story homes $365–$675. Three‑story and very large homes run higher, and existing guards that must be lifted and reset add about 20%.
HomeGuide’s Portland page lists most gutter repairs at $100–$450. Our repair visits start at $295 and run $295–$650 on a single‑story home and $345–$950 on a two‑story home, with specific fixes added, such as $125–$350 to re‑hang a sagging run or $250–$850 to replace rotted fascia.

Using the calculator
You enter your contact details and the property address, then pick the work. The calculator sizes the home from county records and aerial building data, asks a few questions about stories, pitch, trees, access and condition, and applies our company‑approved rates to show a low‑to‑high price range.
Roof square footage isn’t gutter footage, so the calculator never treats one as the other. Linear feet, downspouts, height and access, and fascia condition set the final price, and a specialist confirms those details before a price is final.
No. The range is preliminary and non‑binding. A specialist on our team reviews every request, and nothing is scheduled until you agree to a confirmed price.
Yes. The calculator reads county records for Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties in Oregon and Clark County in Washington, and we serve Vancouver, Camas and the rest of the Portland metro.
By service
Repair usually makes sense when the problem is local: a leaking corner, a loose hanger or one sagging run. Replacement is smarter when seams leak in many places, the gutter holds standing water along its length, or the fascia behind it is soft over long stretches. You can price both in the calculator.
Yes. 6‑inch gutters run $10–$12 per foot against $8–$10 for 5‑inch. Large or steep roof planes and valleys that concentrate water often need 6‑inch gutters and 3×4 downspouts to keep up with Portland’s winter rain. Our gutter sizing calculator shows which fits your roof.
Moss treatment is priced by the can: $75 per can, and one can covers about 2,000 square feet of roof. A moss‑only visit has a $250 minimum. Full roof cleaning is priced separately by roof size and stories.
Pressure washing has a $395 minimum. Most single‑story homes land between $395 and $850 depending on size, and two‑story homes run $395–$1,100 for driveways, walks, siding and decks.
Before you book
Before the wettest months. Portland averages 5.45 inches of rain in November and 5.77 inches in December, so pricing in late summer or early fall leaves time to schedule cleaning, repairs or new gutters before the heaviest runoff.
Yes. All Season Continuous Gutters & Roof Care is licensed, bonded and insured in Oregon under CCB #233705. You can verify the license on the Oregon Construction Contractors Board search.
Generally no. The City of Portland lists gutter and downspout installation on one‑ and two‑family homes as work that doesn’t need a building permit. Connecting downspouts to underground stormwater systems can need a plumbing permit.
Yes. You can book online 24/7, call (503) 860‑6950, or send a note and photos through our contact page. The calculator is simply the fastest way to see a price first.
